Want Great Coffee?

It seems we've been getting an education on coffee-making recently. Nobody's too surprised to find out that fresh water is one of the cornerstones of making good coffee considering that coffee is about 98% water. Where things get interesting is the role oxygen plays in the process. Turns out it's the O2 in the water that helps pull out the rich flavor during the brewing process! Now we're no mathematicians but if oxygen equals flavor, then it seems to us that makes oxygenated water the coffee lover's new best friend. We've been hearing for a while that discerning folks were using Cielo to make great coffee but we're beginning to understand a little more about why.

With this in mind we were so pleased to find a high-end coffee maker specifically designed to use 3 and 5 gallon containers, keeping the water fresh and cool until you're ready to brew, which coffee experts agree is a key to preserving the oxygen in the water. Really good coffee made with really good water by a really good coffee maker! It's too much to keep to ourselves. So, this holiday season we're very pleased to join with Pilot House Coffee to offer three coffee-making packages worthy of your good taste.

  • Safety Brewing Lights
  • 120 V
  • Unibody molded Housing

Like Water for Coffee

This all started when our good friend Robby Jones of Pilot House Coffee told us that using fresh water is an important part of the coffee-making process. Coffee experts agree that cool, fresh water is one of a few key elements in making the best coffee. They also agree that it's the oxygen that draws out the flavor. In fact, water with reduced oxygen will actually taste flat and stale! Well we're grateful to Robbie for the heads up and are excited about doing business together.
